Aftersales Product & Technical Manager / JLR / Inchcape

Your key responsibilities include: - Developing aftersales products and programs, such as roadside assistance, service and maintenance contracts, accessory packages, local accessories, insurance, charging solutions, and other related offerings - Ensuring the smooth operation of technical support and warranty handling - Managing the spare parts logistics supply chain - Leading and developing the aftersales team and improving related processes To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: - A higher education degree in engineering, supply chain management, or business (e.g., B.Eng., M.Sc. (Tech.), or M.Sc. (Econ.)) - At least 5 years of experience in aftersales leadership roles, with a focus on technical support, warranty management, and spare parts operations - A strong understanding of the commercial drivers in aftersales - Solid knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and ERP systems - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills - Effective communication skills for internal coordination and supplier collaboration - Accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent command of both Finnish and English - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure - A customer-oriented and professional approach to work In this position, you will report to the JLR Country Manager Finland.
