B2B Sales Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities -Managing the full B2B sales cycle, from inquiry to completion -Following up on client cases during the operations stage -Coordinating travel service orders with both suppliers and the in-house operations team -Handling customer and supplier billing and managing client accounts -Preparing sales reports for company management -Participating in training sessions (remote & on-site in sales destinations) -Attending familiarization trips (fam-trips) to key sales destinations Work Environment & Schedule - Remote work from any location within 12 hours of GMT+2 (Finland) - Office-based work for 13 months/year (NovemberJanuary) in Levi, Finnish Lapland - Company provides accommodation during office-based months - Flexible work schedule - Main working language: English (C1+ level required) - Knowledge of French, German, or other languages is a strong advantage Required Skills & Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within a tour operator/travel agency specializing in Finland/Scandinavia - Excellent English skills (C1+ level) (written & spoken) - Strong self-discipline and accuracy - Good numerical and calculation skills - Results-driven approach with strong task completion skills - High teamwork capability - Willingness to travel or relocate for 12 months per year to Finnish Lapland - Eagerness to learn and continuously update knowledge of destination products Preferred Experience Experience in a similar position within a travel company in Finland/Scandinavia Familiarity with customer service & sales processes in the travel industry
