Civil Supervisor

Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Management of civil works related to steel structures, walls and roofs Planning and management of site activities Follow-up of contractors performance Time schedule follow-up and ensurance Plan and follow-up installation activities Maintain and follow-up HSE requirements Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Master´s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering Strong experience in steel structures Experience of walls and roofs is an advantage Fluency English both oral and written Finnish or Swedish language skills is an advantage Proficiency in the use of MS Office and other needed software Strong leadership skills, sense of initiative, problem solver Organized / able to make clear judgment and efficient decision making Experience from data center environment is an advantage
