Cost Consultant

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for a Cost Consultant to join our clients dynamic and innovative team that drives the future of infrastructure for high-tech environments. The position is permanent, and the work is located on-site in Hamina, Finland. As a Const Consultant for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Piping), you will play a key role in delivering large-scale projects in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Main tasks and responsibilities: * Managing large projects or complex work streams and delivering defined outputs that meet or exceed client expectations * Line management responsibility for the development and performance management of other team members to support the development of client's business * Supervise teams of Cost and Commercial Specialists on multiple projects * Act as primary client contact for all cost and commercial related reporting and quality assurance * Review teams work outputs before submission to client and other external groups * Maintain a demonstrable understanding of the Clients key objectives * Assure compliance with contracts in terms of project delivery parameters and scope of service * Use own knowledge and experience of industry best practice to support the development of current cost and commercial management systems and processes * Working to continually improve services and drive innovation Requirements: * Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline Quantity Surveying (Engineering, Construction Management) * Relevant professional certification * Extensive previous experience in a similar role * In depth technical knowledge, including construction processes and cost and commercial management * Experience of leading smaller projects and supporting on larger more complex projects * Experience delivering analysis and insights * Experience working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationships * Experience managing business relationships and supporting with middle management level activities * English language skills Be part of high-impact projects and send your application soon, as the position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
