DATA PROJECT MANAGER We are now seeking a dedicated Data Project Manager to join our global Data & Analytics team in a permanent position at our head office in Helsinki. Join our team and help us make a difference! Your key contribution areas As our new Data Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our data projects are successful. Your primary focus will be data migration and integration for M&A projects. Key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing project implementation from design to execution, ensuring goals and business value are met - Creating and maintaining data cleansing and data migration plans, and developing data integration solutions - Managing stakeholder interactions and vendor collaborations - Leading and coaching the project team, including facilitation of project steering sessions What helps you to shine in this role? We are looking for a proactive team member with deep data understanding and strong project management skills. We hope you are motivated to handle all practicalities related to a project and have a delivery-oriented mindset. To thrive in this role, you should have: - At least two years of experience in technical change project management - At least two years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: customer data in CRM, contract and invoicing data, product data and stock management data - Bachelors Degree or higher in information systems, economics, or related field - An understanding of data management and familiarity with MS Dynamics 365, and Power BI tools - Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with Finnish skills seen as an advantage Your key people You will be part of our agile Data & Analytics team of dedicated professionals.
