Design Manager (Marine Machinery)

We are recruiting a Marine Machinery Design Manager to lead our Marine Machinery team in Turku. In your role you will have an opportunity to lead a team which have both senior professionals and bit more junior talents who are in the beginning of their careers. As a Design Manager you work together with your team to ensure they have right competencies and skills needed in order to succeed in their tasks. You will have the opportunity to be part of our projects as a mentor and you also work together with sales when preparing offers.
