Energy Manager for a Data Center Project

We are looking for Energy Manager to work in a hyperscale data center project in the Helsinki metropolitan area. As anEnergyManager, youll oversee the energy isolation program for MEP systems,ensuring safe and efficient operations during construction, commissioning, andmaintenance phases. KeyResponsibilities - Manage energy isolation processes and ensure compliance with safety protocols. - Audit documentation (procedures, JHAs, permits) and support safe working conditions. - Coordinate with construction and commissioning teams to validate MEP systems. - Oversee electrical infrastructure across the data center campus. - Collaborate with EHS teams to maintain high safety standards. - Train staff on energy isolation procedures. - Manage permits, LOTOS, and lead weekly coordination meetings. - Supervise systems from 20kVA to final LV circuits. Requirements - Experience in energy management within large-scale construction or data center environments. - Strong knowledge of hazardous energy control and electrical systems. - Effective communication and coordination skills. - Familiarity with LOTOS and permit systems.
