As Group Head of Supply Chain Development, you will be responsible for planning and driving development initiatives within End-to-End supply chain and logistics operations. Your mission is to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness through modern tools, digitalization, automation projects, advanced analytics, and the implementation of LEAN principles. In this job role you get to collaborate closely with your amazing colleagues in local units, IT teams, and business leadership across the Nordic region. As Group Head of Supply Chain Development you will report to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and will be part of the Supply Chain Management team. Your key responsibilities: - Leading a team of professional Project and System Specialists - Leading and supporting IT system development and rollouts (e.g. WMS, ERP, others) while acting as a bridge between business and technology - Mapping, analyzing, and harmonizing supply chain and logistics processes across the Nordics - Defining KPIs, building monitoring models, and developing automated reporting for management needs - Leveraging analytics and visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI) to drive data-based decision-making and improve operational performance - Driving LEAN practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement - Running RFQ processes for external solutions like automation, 3PL solutions, distribution providers - Preparing and implementing automation projects to increase efficiency and scalability - Preparing business case calculations and supporting decision-making for investments and development initiatives - Promoting best practice sharing and alignment between Nordic operations What we expect from you: - Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent field - Over 10 years of proven experience in leading and developing SCM operations, preferably in the Nordics - Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with IT systems such as WMS, ERP, and other supply chain platforms - Proven experience in preparing and implementing automation projects, both physical and digital environment, covering preferably ML/AI based solutions - Strong track record in LEAN and process improvement methods, with the ability to implement them in practice with proven results - Excellent analytical skills and experience preparing financial impact assessments from business perspective - Knowledge of mathematical algorithms and analytical methods for supply chain optimization (Network, Transportation, Operations, Distribution), leveraging operations research methods to improve efficiency and reducing End-to- End Supply Chain Management costs - Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment, experience of leading operations is considered an advantage - Experience with reporting and analytics tools, particularly Qlik Sense (Power BI is an advantage) - Readiness to travel in the Nordics approximately 30 – 50 days annually What we offer - A key role in shaping and improving supply chain solutions across the Nordics - An opportunity to lead strategic development projects and deliver tangible business impact - A dynamic, international working environment with cross-functional collaboration - The chance to combine analytics, automation, technology, and process development into practical business solutions In addition to interesting tasks and great colleagues, we offer a competitive salary, staff discounts in our stores and opportunities for growth and learning.
