Key Responsibilities: Plan and design menus featuring a variety of Pakistani and continental dishes. Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. Supervise and train kitchen staff, maintaining a productive team environment. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food costing, and waste management. Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed in accordance with food regulations. Experiment with new recipes and seasonal ingredients to enhance the menu. Coordinate with suppliers for fresh and high-quality ingredients. Handle customer feedback and continuously improve food quality. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, specializing in Pakistani and continental cuisine. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Creativity in developing new dishes and improving existing recipes. Strong time management and ability to handle multiple orders efficiently. Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills: Expertise in traditional Pakistani dishes such as Biryani, Karahi, Nihari, BBQ, and regional specialties. Experience with continental cuisine, including pastas, steaks, grilled items, and international dishes. Ability to manage cost control and budgeting for kitchen operations.
