Junior HR Generalist

For our client were looking for a Junior HR Assistant / Generalist to support their HR operations. We are now building a brand-new HR function, and you have the chance to be part of it! As a junior HR Specialist, you will primarily work in daily operations, supporting managers and employees with various HR-related matters. You will be part of a team with two senior HR colleagues whom you will support, and there is also the possibility to participate in and work on different development projects. You will handle various systems, perform administrative tasks, and process a lot of information. Given the nature of the work and the transformation we are currently undergoing, we expect you to be independent, fearless, and open. To succeed, you need to have strong critical thinking skills, work broadly and without prestige, and pay attention to details.
