Lead Plant Engineers

We are strengthening our organization and are looking for Lead Engineers to our Plant Design Engineer team to Turku, Espoo, Tampere, Jyväskylä and Oulu offices. You will be part of a plant engineering team that serves our customers in the process and energy industries. You have a solid understanding of the processes within the energy and/or chemical industries and bring hands-on experience in managing and leading plant layout and piping design projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality of the work, acting as the project managers trusted partner from the layout and piping perspective. You will lead and support a project team of approximately 310 layout and piping engineers, guiding them through all phases of the design process. In smaller projects, youll also take a more hands-on role in design tasks, contributing your expertise across different stages. You operate strongly in the customer interface, where our customers expect expertise and an active approach to work. Creative problem-solving skills and adapting design solutions to the needs of our customers come naturally to you. The role also requires an understanding of the tasks of other areas of design in order to perceive the functionality of plant entities. Skills and experience youll need: - suitable technical competence (e.g. energy, process or chemical engineering) - deep knowledge of some 3D design software (eg.
