Key responsibilities The Head of Operations is a key role at Leadoo, responsible for supporting operational clarity and efficiency across all functions and markets. You will work cross-functionally to bring structure where it is most needed, helping ensure smooth execution in a dynamic environment. You will lead and coordinate operations across Leadoo's markets (Finland, Sweden, UK), develop scalable ways of working, and support decision-making and accountability. Your responsibilities include key business functions Sales, Customer Success, Technology, and Marketing and the goal is to ensure focus, alignment, and effective execution across teams. Leadoo became a part of SALESmanago in the autumn of 2024. In your role as Leadoo's operational representative within SALESmanago, you will help identify bottlenecks, resolve cross-functional challenges, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency. This role is built on collaboration and influence. Your ability to align people and support progress will be key to success. What makes you a great fit? You work well across teams, help resolve operational challenges early, and are able to connect information across different functions. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on attitude and are comfortable working with financial data and planning. The role plays a central role in maintaining alignment between Leadoo's current way of working and the broader group structure.
