MEP Project Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for a MEP Project Manager to join our client’s dynamic and innovative team that drives the future of infrastructure for high-tech environments. The position is permanent, and the work is located on-site in Hamina, Finland. As an Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) packages of hyperscale projects, guiding them through different phases of the construction project. Main tasks and responsibilities: * Work with the client and general contractors to create the Master Project Schedule and Budget * Provide support in contract negotiations * Manage the general contractor and other directly contracted vendors * Coordinate Engineering efforts during the construction phase * Work with the Client’s commercial and PCG team to develop Budget Management and Tracking * Liaising with the schedule management team to provide schedule monitoring, tracking and analysis  * Initiate close out process prior to project completion (normally from two to three months in advance) * Establish documentation requirements with the Client’s document controllers * Collect and track receipt of all documents until completion, including warranties, as-builts, manuals and other possible documents * Assist with City and/or other Authority final inspections and occupancy process Requirements: * Suitable educational background for the position * In-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques * Previous experience delivering multi-million MEP packages * Ability to manage technical disciplines * Experience managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) packages in hyperscale builds, industrial or large scale projects is desirable * English language skills Be part of high-impact projects and send your application soon, as the position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
