About the role As an Offer Engineer, you will take on technical responsibilities for tender preparations and offering work. You are responsible for cost calculations, technical aspects in the proposals, creating and managing project schedules, and working closely with stakeholders. This role requires flexibility, coordination skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You are offered -A valuable opportunity for professional development -Independent and responsible role in a global organization -Hybrid working model (twice a week at the Hyvinkää office) -Smartum lunch deduction Work tasks The Offer Engineer role involves technical work and coordination to ensure successful offer submissions and project execution. -Creating technical offer contents for automated cranes -Participating in tenders -Handling technical tasks, cost calculation, and technical specifications -Writing technical derivations based on customer specifications -Creating, coordinating and monitoring project schedules in the offering stage -Supporting product management with development and process improvement tasks We are looking for -Suitable engineering background -Minimum 1-3 years of prior work experience in the technology industry e.g. with logistics, preferably with similar responsibilities -Proficiency in English -Willingness to be flexible and work extended hours when needed -Basic leadership and project management skills It is meritorious if you have -Prior work experience in a company with high-tech machinery combining software, hardware, and automation To succeed in the role, your personal skills are: -Stress tolerant -Orderly -Responsible -Team player This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
