Plant controller

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Plant controller to join our innovative team. Your Responsibilities -Support daily production activities by providing cost insights, performance tracking, and data-driven analysis -Produce and maintain cost calculations to guide production and sales decision-making -Develop and enhance internal cost accounting and production reporting practices -Work closely with the COO/production and finance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor -Identify and analyze variances, material flows, and production efficiency using SAP and other tools -Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and production-related investment follow-up What Were Looking For -A relevant degree in industrial engineering, production economics or business -Some experience working with SAP ERP (FI/CO and/or PP modules) -Above all, a positive and proactive attitude toward SAP a willingness to learn, use, and develop processes in the system -Familiarity with production environments and a hands-on mindset -Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into practical improvements -Fluent in Finnish and English (spoken and written) Why Nanocomp?
