Xamk is now looking for a project manager for the international Scaling Up Experiences project at Xamk. Your workplace will be the Mikkeli campus. The position is temporary and part-time (70%). The job starts on May 2, 2025, or as agreed, and ends on October 31, 2027. A probationary period will be applied in the filling of the position. The project implements a development program aimed at scaling the business of tourism companies through experience economy methods. With partners from Estonia and Latvia, you will refine the content and measures of the project. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of Xamk's sub-project as part of the whole. Your work will include, among other things, recruiting participants, working with companies, organizing sparring sessions, mentoring, and visits. Your closest colleagues will be experts from the Responsible Food Services team, who have extensive expertise in food and tourism development tasks. We require a relevant higher education degree for the position. We expect you to have strong work experience in leading projects, developing the tourism and hospitality sector, and expertise in business and/or experience economy development. Previous experience in international projects is an advantage. You will need good oral and written skills in Finnish and English for the position. What are the steps in the application process?
