Job description - Processing and managing bookings for tours - Customer service on the phone, via email, and sometimes also face to face - Selling the right tour to the right customers - Organizing transfers for customers - Updating availability on our booking platforms - We expect you to be open for other tasks in the company We are looking for - Diligent, precise work attitude and attention to detail - Excellent customer service - Experience with booking systems is of advantage: Travius and Bokun - Previous experience in the Rovaniemi tourism industry is of advantage - Good social and communication skills - Initiative and independent - Flexible work attitude - Must have very good English language skills, Finnish language skills preferred
