Responsibilities: - Overseeing local and international sales, promotions and campaigns - Directing and coordinating all sales activities - Tracking and analysing sales statistics - Resolving customer complaints regarding a product or a service with the department managers - Pricing strategy and follow up - Representing brand name and the organization to internal and external partners - Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients - Setting sales quotas and goals - Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities - B2B contracts - Going to travel fairs - Maintaining and following with the PMS system integrations What we expect? - At least 2 years experience in sales manager position - Experience in the tourism industry, especially knowledge of Lapland tourism is considered an advantage - Optimistic and proactive approach - Time management and flexibility in changing situations - Fluent Finnish and English both in writing and speaking - Able to work in an international work environment - Taking proactive approach to developing products and services - Committing to develop sustainable and responsible tourism in Lapland - MEWS operation system knowledge is a plus What we offer? - Positive and supportive work environment - Competitive salary - Opportunities for professional development - Discounts across our properties and facilities - Permanent fulltime contract
