As aSenior Data Science Specialistat BeeHealthy, you will play a key role in shaping the companys data ecosystem and driving analytics initiatives. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to extract insights from the BeeHealthy platform and help both internal and external stakeholders make data-driven decisions. Your expertise in data science, analytics, and modern data tools will support the development of impactful, compliant, and scalable solutions. This role emphasizes strong hands-on skills in data modeling, reporting, and advanced analytics, as well as the ability to clearly communicate insights to diverse audiences. Responsibilities Technical Expertise Develop and maintain robust data models (e.g., star schemas, data vaults) by identifying key business metrics and ensuring effective data capture for actionable insights. Design and support scalable and reliable data pipelines and analytics solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs. Continuously evaluate emerging data tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the analytics infrastructure. Assist in maintaining the performance and scalability of analytical systems. Collaboration and Stakeholder Support Provide guidance on data analysis and dashboard best practices to internal teams and partners. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and regulatory specialists to align data efforts with business objectives. Support customers in interpreting data insights and using BeeHealthys reporting tools effectively. Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers on data and analytics integrations. Must-have skills: Proven experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data science. Proficiency in data visualization and the ability to communicate data-driven stories. Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools (e.g., analytical data warehouses, data lakes, Kafka, ClickHouse). Solid understanding of data pipeline design, data governance, and best practices in data modeling. Experience working in cross-functional product development environments. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly. A customer-centric mindset and a solution-oriented approach to data challenges.
