Senior Scheduler

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for two Senior Schedulers to join our client’s dynamic and innovative team that drives the future of infrastructure for high-tech environments. The position is permanent, and the work is located in Hamina, Finland. For this position we offer a hybrid work model. As a Senior Scheduler, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale projects in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Main tasks and responsibilities: * Review and analyse construction schedules and provide advice  and reports as necessary on project progress and predictions of the work using Primavera P6 * Manage the Integrated Master Schedule * Confirm that the progress is consistent with the project schedule and other project records * Advise client of actual progress and related cost implications * Develop potential recovery plans for time and cost * Review and analyse construction claims and provide opinions, advice and reports as necessary on contractual topics and quantification of damages suitable for use in dispute resolution proceedings including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation * CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling and use of Primavera P6 software for project controls and  evaluation of delays * Report writing and preparation of charts and graphs to support and present analysis Requirements: * Suitable educational background for the position * Demonstrated experience of working in a scheduling role * Proficiency with Primavera P6 * Good written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills * Ability to engage with the client and key stakeholders at all levels * Ability to work to tight deadlines * Previous experience working on hyperscale builds, industrial or large scale projects is desirable * English language skills Be part of high-impact projects and send your application soon, as the position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
