Technical Sales Representative

We are partnering with our client company, headquartered in Säkylä, Finland. Due to company growth, they are now seeking a Technical Sales Representative for a permanent role to join their sales team. This role involves managing sales, new customer acquisition, and the development of customer relationships in your designated area in Finland and abroad. In this role, you will report to the CEO of our client company. Responsibilities: - Managing offers, sales, and customer contracts - New customer acquisition - Developing and maintaining customer relationships - Quotation calculations and order tracking - Consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Collaboration with production and design teams - The role requires active fieldwork on average 2-3 days a week - In addition to sales tasks, you will be involved in marketing and product development planning and participate in both domestic and international customer events - You will also contribute to marketing planning alongside the sales manager, CEO, and sales team - You will be part of the product development team, participating in defining and developing the product range Requirements: - Suitable educational background for the position - Previous experience in public sector sales and tenders - Knowledge of the construction industry and the ability to read technical drawings - Strong problem-solving abilities, customer focused and entrepreneurial mindset - Strong presentation skills - Result oriented personality - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - The ability to work systematically and flexibly - Willingness to travel in Finland and internationally - The ability to use your own car - Finnish and English language skills, knowledge of Swedish is an advantage If you are seeking a new challenge where you can truly make an impact and grow professionally, this could be the perfect next step in your career! -
