Test Manager (Helsinki, Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager (Helsinki, Hybrid) to join our clients team in developing state-of-the-art solutions that contribute to saving lives. This is a long-term engagement with an estimated duration of at least one year, offering a key role in a technically advanced and meaningful environment. What We Expect from the Candidate: Masters or bachelors degree in engineering or a related field At least 5 years of experience in software development, testing, or test automation At least 3 years of experience in team leadership or management roles A self-driven, proactive mindset and the desire to develop high-quality, life-saving products Strong team player with motivation for both organizational and personal development Analytical skills to design and develop testing tools and test automation in complex telecommunication environments Excellent verbal and written English skills Proven team leadership and management capabilities Strong skills in systematic planning, execution, and reporting Experience in planning, negotiation, steering, guiding, and follow-up Ability for competence development, knowledge transfer, coaching, and fast learning Considered a Plus: Experience with Jira, Xray, Confluence Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, ISTQB Basic understanding of IP networking Experience with IP networking in telecom environments Working Model: On-site presence required 2–3 days per week at the clients premises in Helsinki Hybrid work for the rest of the week Security clearance will be conducted as part of the process We offer you: We offer a versatile assignment where every day is different and interesting.
