Now is your chance as TMW Raahe is looking for a Sales Manager to grow their international presence. Could it be you? What will you be doing? As TMW Raahe's Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of our international sales efforts. You'll be responsible for the entire process - from negotiating deals to maintaining long-term customer relationships - with a strong focus on acquiring new customers and expanding our presence in international markets. You will report to the Sales Director and work closely with our existing sales team, which includes another Sales Manager focused on the domestic market and a Sales and Logistics Coordinator. What makes you a great fit? You are an experienced sales professional with solid experience in timber sales or a related field, and you have a good understanding of how the product is used in construction applications. This role is a great match for someone who thrives in outbound sales, takes initiative, and enjoys building lasting customer relationships from scratch - especially in international markets. We hope you have: - Several years of relevant B2B sales experience - Experience in selling timber, sawn goods, or related products - Familiarity with CRM tools (TMW Raahe is using Odoo) - A full working proficiency in English - Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 3040% of working time) We consider as an asset: - Knowledge of other languages, e.g. French or German We can offer you: - A key role in growing international sales - Innovative product that respects nature and its resources - A promising sales outlook - the company is currently at a pivotal stage, with production successfully launched and growing interest in both the company and its products. Customers had already placed orders even before production was fully operational - International work environment - A fully remote position Practicalities: This is a full-time and permanent position, in which you will be employed directly to TMW Raahe. TMW Raahe's factory is located in Raahe, but this position offers the flexibility of fully remote work. The role however involves regular traveling within Europe (approximately 30-40% of your working time). The preferred start date is as soon as possible. The base salary in this position is approximately 4300€/month (gross) depending on the level of your experience, and will be negotiated individually. In addition to the base salary, you will receive an annual bonus based on your sales performance. Got interested?
