Validation Engineer

We are looking for a Validation Engineer, Chassis & Drivetrain to join our Validation Team Your Impact -Manage validation plans for your area of technology, together with the validation and design teams. -Define, instruct, and report validation tests, but also perform them with the help of technicians. -Define and communicate schedules for topics in your area of technology, together with the validation team. -Assess results, and report data and findings to design teams. Active and open communication is key. -Drive problem solving, report and solve found problems, working together with the design teams Your Experience and Qualifications -Masters or bachelors degree in mechanical and/or automotive engineering or related fields. -Experience on at least one of these areas: solid mechanics, structural analysis and/or powertrain design. -Ability to create and communicate clear documentation and instructions in fluent English. -Technical competence to be able to define root cause, solution, and further validation plan for failures seen in e.g. structural tests or driveline durability tests. -Interest towards tractors, mobile machinery and drivelines seen as an advantage.
