We are looking for a chef for our restaurant-pizzeria in the Husky Farm! We are an Italian family-run establishment in the heart of Finnish Lapland, surrounded by nature and about 50 huskies and Alaskan Malamutes. From October until about mid-April, we are looking for a passionate, flexible person who is ready to get involved in a truly unique context! Who are we looking for? A person who: - loves cooking, making pizzas, and presenting original and carefully prepared dishes - knows how to independently manage breakfasts and dinners for our guests (about 16 beds) - manages lunches open to the public every day, with occasional groups by reservation - also takes care of customer payments with precision and courtesy - has a positive, sociable attitude, capable of working alone and in a team - knows how to deal with stress calmly and with a practical spirit - no "prima donnas" or "drama queens": only positive energy, humility and a desire to learn Accommodation included Knowledge of Italian and English required Love for nature and dogs?
