Tämä rooli sopii asiakaspalveluhenkiselle henkilölle, joka haluaa työskennellä ainutlaatuisessa ympäristössä ja olla mukana luomassa unohtumattomia elämyksiä vieraillemme Northern Lights Villagessa. Päätehtävät: Vieraiden vastaanottaminen ja asiakaspalvelu Sisään- ja uloskirjautumisten hoitaminen tehokkaasti Vastaaminen vieraskyselyihin ja paikallisten nähtävyyksien sekä aktiviteettien esittely Varausten hallinta ja käsittely Vastaanottoalueen siisteydestä ja järjestyksestä huolehtiminen Raporttien laatiminen ja muut hallinnolliset tehtävät Yhteisten tilojen, kuten vastaanoton ja ravintolan, siisteyden ylläpito Mitä odotamme sinulta? Vähintään vuoden kokemus hotellin vastaanottovirkailijan tehtävistä Sujuva englannin kielen taito (suullinen ja kirjallinen) Suomen alkoholipassi Erinomaiset viestintä- ja vuorovaikutustaidot Kyky työskennellä itsenäisesti sekä tiimissä Hyvät organisointi- ja multitasking-taidot Hotellivarausjärjestelmien tuntemus Ammattimainen käytös ja ystävällinen asenne Eduksi katsomme: Ensiaputodistus Paikallisalueen tuntemus Muu kielitaito (englannin kielen lisäksi) Voimassa oleva B-ajokortti Mitä tarjoamme?
