Job Description At this location, guests hop into a sled and enjoy a short but unforgettable husky ride through snowy forest trails. After the tour, they warm up with hot juice and cookies in a traditional Lappish Kota (Traditional hut). As a Customer Service Agent, your role is all about keeping the experience smooth, fun, and unforgettable even when hundreds of guests are passing through in a single day. Your daily tasks include: Welcoming guests with a smile (lots of them were busy!) Selling tickets, checking bookings, and answering questions Working inside the Kota explaining the experience, telling guests about huskies, and creating a warm atmosphere Helping outside directing people to the sleds, assisting with boarding, keeping the flow organized Coordinating with guides and your teammates to keep everything moving Youll be the first and last impression of the experience so bring your best energy! Youll Fit Right In If You: Are 18 years or older Love customer service and working with people from all over the world Stay cool and focused in a fast-paced environment Are organized, reliable, and not afraid to take initiative Enjoy working both indoors and outdoors (yes, even when its -20°C!)
