Your main responsibility area is to act as a Manager for the EUS App and Desktop Virtualization area with the following technologies: - AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) - Windows 365 - Citrix - NetApp - Intune Your main responsibility will be to assume an administrative role for the App and Desktop Virtualization platforms. We also appreciate a good understanding of network configurations, capacity planning, and architectural planning skills for the App and Desktop Virtualization area. You will be working in the LCM area, and the job description will also include support on the workstation/mobile device side. We also appreciate a good understanding of - M365 platform (Windows OS, Mac, M365 Apps) - Application packaging - Intune / SCCM - LCM processes. Another focus area is to coordinate day-to-day activities in a large and modern office environment. These activities consist mostly of service design with good communication. You also make sure that your area's costs and vendor management for consulting work are within agreed levels. You will also participate or lead development projects when needed. We highly appreciate your positive mindset, can do -attitude, ability to describe service development in roadmap views, good communication and teamwork skills. You have the capability to take care of details and to see the bigger picture to ensure excellent services to our business customers. For example, 5+ years as a technical specialist/lead/owner, consultant etc. It does not really matter whether you have worked in large corporations or in small to midsize companies. We see diversity as a positive thing in this team. Technical certifications in EUS services, especially in App & Desktop Virtualization area, are appreciated.
