Order Fulfillment Specialist, KONE Hyvinkää

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our client KONE's Global Spares Supply Unit. The position will be based in Hyvinkää with a hybrid work setup. The assignment starts quickly and lasts at least a year. Contract of employment will be with Adecco.. In this role you will be working as a part of a team that is responsible of ensuring fast and efficient spare part delivery process. In this role, your job duties are focused on spare part order process monitoring and delivery process follow-up. You will be working in a team located in Hyvinkää Finland, striving to achieve agreed business objectives and performing excellent customer service. Your main tasks will include - Monitoring sales order and delivery processes and handling exceptions - Following up on delivery processes - Creating purchase orders for order-bound items - Communicating and collaborating actively and effectively with relevant stakeholders and have an efficient way of keeping the customers up to date in the processes To be successful in this role, you should have - At the minimum B.Sc. level University/University of Applied Sciences technical degree - Previous experience in supply chain roles (purchasing, sales or logistics) - Basic skills with MS Office tools and applications - Good communication skills in English and Finnish are needed, German skills are an appreciated asset - Good interpersonal skills and team player attitude - Self-motivation to learn - Customer service mindset - Systematic way of working and paying attention to details - Flexible and open mind in a changing environment We offer you strong support in your personal and professional growth in a truly global business environment.
