Position Overview The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the companys growth in international markets through strategic sales planning, relationship management, and effective marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic professional who can represent the company globally, build long-term partnerships, and execute data-driven marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives. --- Key Responsibilities Represent the company in international markets, including Australia, Europe, and the Middle East, to establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to expand the companys market presence and revenue. Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and potential customers. Analyze market trends, forecast sales, and create effective sales models. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives. Present new sales opportunities, performance reports, and marketing strategies to senior management. Prepare offers, sales proposals, and contracts for management approval. Stay updated on industry developments by attending trade shows, exhibitions, and training sessions. Provide regular reports on market trends, customer feedback, and achieved results. Perform additional duties as assigned by company management. --- Reporting Structure Reports directly to the Managing Director or any designated company representative. --- Authority The Sales and Marketing Manager does not have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements on behalf of the company. --- Training and Development The company will provide all necessary product and marketing training to ensure the effective performance of the role.
