Cleanliving Oy is seeking a fluent Finnish & English-speaking Administrative Assistant & Sales Personnel to support our growing cleaning services business. You will handle client communications, sales outreach, scheduling, and reporting while working closely with the Supervisor and Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Client Management 1.1 Proactively reach out to potential clients (B2B/B2C) via email, calls, and meetings. 1.2 Negotiate service contracts and close deals (with performance-based perks). 1.3 Maintain relationships with existing clients for retention and upselling. 2. Administrative & Marketing Support 2.1 Create reports, proposals, and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint). 2.2 Manage schedules, calendars, and service bookings. 2.3 Assist in digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, basic SEO). 2.4 Track sales leads and client feedback in CRM tools. 3. Operations Coordination 3.1 Liaise between clients, cleaners, and management. 3.2 Ensure smooth service delivery by coordinating schedules. Requirements: 1. Language & Education: 1.1 Fluent in Finnish & English (written/spoken). 1.2 Preferably a university graduate (Business, Marketing, or related field). 2. Skills & Experience 2.1 One year+ experience in sales/marketing (cleaning/maintenance industry a big plus). 2.2 Expert in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and scheduling tools. 2.3 Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Harvest, Etunti). 2.4 Creative & proactive can suggest marketing/sales strategies. 3. Personality & Work Ethic: 3.1 Flexible can adapt to fast-paced environments. 3.2 Self-motivated thrives in hybrid office/WFH setups. 3.3 Detail-oriented ensures error-free reports and client communications.
