We are looking for a ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER for the brand-new, stunning JÄNKÄ RESORT in Ylläs. Jänkä Resort will open for the Christmas season of 2025. Located in the middle of untouched nature in Ylläs, Jänkä Resort offers guests a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature in a new way. Ylläs is situated Lapland, in the most Northern part of Finland. It is a year-round travel destination, combining the tranquility of nature with the services of a ski resort. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible, together with the Restaurant Operations Manager, for the restaurants daily operations. You will also contribute to developing and planning new concepts and lead the restaurant team as a supervisor. In addition, you will work hands-on with guests, and a sommelier background is considered a strong asset in this role. The position starts in October 2025 and is a permanent, year-round employment opportunity.
