Development Engineer - Condition Monitoring Solutions We are looking for a Development Engineer to join our Global Customer Support condition monitoring team in Rauma, Finland. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and improving our Condition Monitoring Solutions, working closely with both internal and external customers from initial planning through project completion. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional with a background in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering, we welcome your enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and technical expertise! You will be responsible for planning new solutions, updating existing systems, and providing hands-on technical support, as well as learning new things while developing documentation and protocols, among other things, that help our customers succeed. Responsibilities Administer monitoring systems, including servers and associated software. Assist in developing and upgrading Condition Monitoring Solutions. Develop and update manuals, protocols, and technical documentation. Learn and adapt to new products, technologies, and systems. Participate in vibration analysis and other monitoring techniques. Qualifications and experience Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or automation) preferred. Experience with design and documentation software such as AutoCAD, Teamcenter, MS Visio, MS Word, or Visual Studio Code Hands-on experience with electronics, particularly low-voltage systems. Knowledge of condition monitoring and familiarity with the maritime industry are considered an advantage. Experience with ERP systems. Good written and spoken English skills.
