Product Advisor Thruster Systems We are excited to invite a dynamic Product Advisor to join our standard thrusters, US product, team. In this key role, you will be leading a team of designers, coordinating and supporting activities that drive customer satisfaction, efficient production, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include leading segment specific development activities, supporting internal stakeholders in technical issues and managing the technical documentation. Key accountabilities Team Lead / Resource planning on activities Responsibility on segment specific technical solutions Technical lead: Lead and coordinate sustaining engineering, quality, and development activities, also engaging in design work for customer projects Technical Support: Work closely with internal stakeholders and provide technical support for ongoing projects Documentation Management: Manage and develop technical documentation and design materials Experience and Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering, or another relevant field. Relevant experience can compensate for educational requirements Experience in leading smaller scale projects & activities Ability to guide and support the engineering team Experience with 3D and 2D design software is an advantage Proficiency in spoken and written English You are Proactive, make things happen and possess the ability to work independently Organized - can prioritize and organize actions Good in communicating in a clear, precise, and structured way What we can offer you With us, you will be offered a competitive salary, good benefit package, flexible work hours, and good development opportunities in an international environment.
