ERP Transformation Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Project Manager to lead the program execution in partnership with internal stakeholders and system integrators. Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the end-to-end ERP transformation program lifecycle, from planning to post-implementation stabilization. Coordinate between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and global/regional teams. Manage budgets, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment with client´s strategic objectives and change management principles. Drive effective governance through regular steering committee reporting and stakeholder engagement. Oversee integration across multiple functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement). Required Qualifications: Proven track record (8+ years) in leading or co-leading complex ERP transformation programs across global organizations. Strong experience with at least one Tier 1 ERP system (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, etc.). Expertise in both business process transformation and IT program delivery. Experience working in a hybrid delivery model (onsite/offshore, agile/waterfall). Demonstrated ability to lead multi-cultural, cross-functional teams across geographies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry. Understanding of sustainability requirements and data reporting in enterprise systems. Previous experience working with Nordic or European multinational companies.
