About the role As a R&D Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall design and technical development of electric motors and propulsion-related electrical systems for ABBs marine solutions. You will participate in both new development and modernization projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Your role involves leading electrical design activities, ensuring system-level integrity, and supporting the integration of complex powertrain components.
