Receptionist, Lapland, Winter season 2025-2026

Are you the receptionist we are looking for? Go On offers great work possibilities in Finnish Lapland. How does it sound to work in the middle of magical winter nature? Lapland is perfect place to spot amazing northern lights, try exciting winter activities, such as skiing, snowmobiling, or husky- and reindeer safaris! As a receptionist you are first person, who the customer will meet when checking in to the hotel. In your work you have key role for smoothnes of hotel visit. You are answering customers questions in professional way and you have will to do your best for excellent customer experience. You are making very close co-operation with other hotel departments. We expect suitable education, strong work experience and good communication skills in english, other languages are an advantage. The most important thing is your service mind and your will to do your best. Season is very busy, so we wish you to have ability to work independently and under pressure. Employment starts with orientation according to agreement approx. October 2025 and ends at the end of winter season, end of March 2026. Terms of employment are based on the collective agreement for hotel- and restaurant industry.
