Are you the RECEPTIONIST we are looking for? Santas Igloo Arctic Circle, 71 luxurious, spacious glass igloos, reception and Restaurant Arctic Eye are located at the Santa Claus Holiday Village on the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi! Now we are looking for experienced receptionist for our client company Santas Igloos Arctic Circle for the winter season 2025-2026! As a receptionist you are the first person who the customer meets when checking in to the hotel. In your work you have key role for smoothness of hotel visit. Your main work tasks includes checking guest in and out, customer service and answering customers questions in professional way and other various reception tasks. You will be working closely with other hotel departments, ensuring that each customer receives the best service. The working language is English. Full-time employment (112,50/3 weeks) starts during October according to the agreement and last until end of the season, end of March 2026. Terms of employment are based on the collective agreement of hotel- and restaurant industry.
