Key responsibilities As a Sourcing Specialist, you will join Wärtsilä Energy Storages Sourcing team to support supplier management and operational sourcing activities, particularly in the area of electrical and thermal components. This role emphasizes daily sourcing operations and collaboration with suppliers. You will play a key role in maintaining supplier data, gathering and analyzing information, and supporting sourcing-related decision-making. You will collaborate closely with the sourcing manager and engage with a wide range of stakeholders across Wärtsiläs energy storage supply chain as well as global suppliers. This position offers an opportunity to deepen your expertise in energy technologies and international supply chain operations. What makes you a great fit? We are looking for someone who enjoys working with details, takes initiative in finding information, and communicates confidently even with unfamiliar contacts. We hope you have some experience in sourcing or supply chain operations. However, you dont need to be a seasoned expert this is a great opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who wants to build a solid foundation in sourcing, logistics, and international supplier networks.
