We are searching for a Workplace Service Specialist to further strengthen our Finnish team in one of our Nordic Lighthouse accounts within the financial sector. The account is part of the Key Accounts division within ISS, which focuses to deliver the high-value propositions and tailored services to customers for Business, IT and HQ.As a Workplace Service Specialist, you are the key contact towards the ISS Team and the clients key stakeholders regarding employee experience development and projects. We want you to be inspired by great workplace experiences for the employees and drive initiatives to develop this area within our team and the account. These can e.g., include innovating, supporting, and driving initiatives regarding the workplace & workplace experience. You will start with familiarizing yourself with the account by working with account best practices in collaboration with Site Manager, Account Leadership Team and our Global colleagues. The role will report directly to Site Manager. Your key responsibilities include: Act as a first point of contact regarding various workplace experience related topics together with the counterparts in the other countries Being in charge for planning, driving, and implementing employee experience survey (EES) process for the customer twice a year with a support in the other countries Analyze the raw EES data to make clear presentations to support decision-making and the development of workplace experience on-site Driving concrete, commonly agreed activities forward to further develop the employee experience on-site Plan and drive local events as an ISS representative towards the employees & stakeholders on-site according to commonly agreed purpose & outcome Being the main point of contact for the team & towards the customer for internal & external communication in regards of the employee experience on-site Deliver support to Site Manager & Account Leadership Team regarding all activities linked to workplace experience Responsibility for leveraging group-wide innovations to create concrete, value adding propositions to the customer by actively identifying opportunities for improvement and best practice Success Criteria for this role: E.g., Bachelor-level education and or suitable experience from the industry Professional service mindset in a customer facing environment is essential As personal attributes we value taking initiative, having an eye for the detail(s), good communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders Organizational skills for driving development projects forward having some project management experience in a matrix organization is considered as a plus Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications for creating high quality presentations for informative purposes and as a support for decision making is essential Personal interest in communication and event management in accordance with commonly agreed policies and guidelines Excited for innovating & creating memorable service moments to improve employee experience at our customers HQ Fluent communication both in English and in Finnish as we work with colleagues in the other countries and most of the materials we create are mainly in English Why ISS Since our founding in 1901, ISS has been a people-first company.
