Quality Engineer, Electrics & Automation

In this versatile position you will monitor production quality, develop quality verification methods and practices related to electrics and automation and control system configuration process. Our production and R&D globally will be your key stakeholders in addition to internal interfaces such as sourcing and other SSQ team members. In this position you aim for the continuous improvement of electrics and automation quality in our assembly, improving productivity and customer satisfaction in this area. The role is based in Iisalmi, Finland. Main responsibilities and tasks: - Electrics and automation quality verification development in production - Developing quality testing methods on component and module level - Quality requirements and control plans development for electric components and harnesses - Developing the quality assurance of control system configuration process - Support production on electrics, automation and software related problem solving To shine in this position, we hope you have: - Already some experience of production processes including electrics assembly and automation. - Experience of electric and automation systems of machinery - Understanding of quality control in production processes - M.Sc./B.Sc. in electrical / automation or other suitable technical education - Collaboration and interaction skills ability to influence others and make people engage to development and working towards common goals - Self-driven working methods - Service and follow-through mind-set - Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to quickly changing priorities - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English - Good ICT skills Come and share your courage to shine with us: show your customers their best future through leading technologies and solutions.
