In this role, you'll be part of our mountain team delivering unforgettable experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing the rental shops operations, developing customer service, and guiding and training staff. Our rental shop also handles ski pass sales, ski school bookings, a SkiShop, equipment rentals, maintenance, and storage. This is a practical, varied, and active role no two days are the same.We combine outdoor adventure with professional service in a truly unique setting at the northernmost ski resort in Europe. In winter, we provide equipment for alpine skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. In summer, the focus shifts to mountain biking and other fell activities. As Rental Manager, your job is to ensure smooth and customer-oriented operations throughout the year.Saariselkä Ski & Sport Resort is a family-owned business that includes the ski resort, rental shop, ski school, and the cozy restaurant Lieggâ Láávu. Our operations are international, community-driven, and continuously evolving.Were looking for someone with:- Experience in customer service or rental operations (supervisory experience is a plus-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills-Fluency in English (Finnish skills are a bonus)-A genuine interest in outdoor activities and sports All relevant experience and education will be considered an advantage.
