Solution Lead, Data and Insights

We are now looking for a Solution Lead for Data and Insights Solutions with data, AI, data platform, reporting and analytics focus to join our Data and Insights Solutions team. Your location will be in Turku, Finland. The role In your role as Solution Lead, you drive and develop architecture and business capabilities to support strategy creation and execution planning. You work with business and IT peers and service providers to deliver advanced solutions for shipbuilding processes. You support and drive the performance of our service providers who help us in delivering the daily IT services. You Ideally you are an experienced IT professional with multiple years of background in implementing software solutions and managing Application Management Services in the field of data warehousing, data platform, data integrations, reporting and analytics. You understand or are eager to learn shipbuilding planning processes. In addition to your IT skills, you can perform well in a project-driven organization and have experience leading technical projects. Certificates on PMP, Prince2, DAMA, Azure/AWS/GCP, Databricks and TOGAF are considered as plus. You enjoy collaboration and building bridges across organizational boundaries, and working in English is natural for you. As a person you are goal oriented and willing to explore and find the best solutions serving our business needs. You want to continuously develop yourself and the ways of working of the work community.
