DIRECTOR, PERFORMANCE & TALENT MANAGEMENT We are seeking an experienced, results-driven tech-savvy performance & talent management professional to join our Group HR team in a permanent position in our head office in Kalasatama, Helsinki. Your key contribution areas In this new role, you will be part of our global HR leadership team and create a comprehensive performance and talent management strategy that aligns with Lindström business objectives and enhances our global employee productivity in the long run. Your key contribution areas include: - Design, develop, implement and manage our leadership development and competency frameworks, and support the technology roadmap to ensure continuous employee development, re-skilling, and upskilling according to evolving business needs. - Lead our performance and talent strategy, leveraging from data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and actionable insights to drive employee development and business outcomes. - Lead the development and enhancement of HR technology that drives employee engagement, performance, and development. - Provide coaching and training to our leaders and HR partners on performance management, leadership development, and company culture best practices. - Drive initiatives to strengthen company culture, with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to create an inclusive and inspiring workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered. What helps you to shine in this role? As a seasoned professional, you already possess strong leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for continuous growth and improvement. You have an extensive background of 8+ years in talent and performance management, with at least 3 years experience in leading HRD position in global business environment. You have an eye for peoples development, are excited to drive growth initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong understanding in enhancing HR technology and digital systems affecting talent management, performance, employee engagement and learning in a global context. You lean on your excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and engage others in making comprehensive data-driven decisions. To succeed and shine in this position, you will also have: - Proven track record of designing, developing and implementing effective leadership development, performance and talent management programs. - Strong understanding of performance evaluation methodologies, competency frameworks and employee development strategies. - Experience in fostering company culture and implementing programs that enhance employee experience, engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. - Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or in related fields. - Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Your key people You will be an integral part of Lindströms Global HR Leadership team as well as our Group HR team working together with our global HR network. You have a strong ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. Youll collaborate closely with regional business areas and HR colleagues across our operating countries. You will join an international, supportive team with highly skilled colleagues to drive our growth and success together.
